SPINACH SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
8 c. water
2 pkgs. Lipton chicken noodle soup
2 pkgs. of frozen chopped spinach

5 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Fry hamburger to make crumbled hamburger; drain.

Add water, bring to boil. Add soup mix and frozen spinach. Bring to boil.

Pour slowly egg/cheese mixture into boiling soup.

Soup will breath, turn to low simmer.
