1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water

Blend cake ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in 10 inch greased and floured tube pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees (until inserted toothpick comes out clean). Let cool 5 minutes. Pour glaze over the cake while still in pan (punch holes in cake with a meat fork and run knife around the edge of the pan so glaze will run through cake and down sides). Let cool 1/2 hour before removing.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice

Heat until sugar is dissolved.
