HUNGARIAN SAUSAGE LOAF | |
2 lbs. lean pork (ground) 2 c. herb seasoned croutons 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. paprika Soak croutons in buttermilk 5 minutes. Combine ground pork, egg, garlic salt and buttermilk mixture in large bowl and mix well. Press into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours. Turn loaf on serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. |
