YUM-A-SETTA (Amish recipe) 
2 lbs. hamburger seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pkg. (16 oz.) egg noodles
1 pkg. (8 oz.) processed cheese

Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper, brown sugar; drain well. Add tomato soup. Cook egg noodles, drain. Add cream of chicken soup to hamburger mixture.

Layer hamburger mixture, noodle mixture in casserole dish with processed cheese (slices or shredded) between layers. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. Great with hot bread and tossed green salad.
