TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake as per directions. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of the batter in pan. Bake until done, 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

In saucepan, melt caramels and butter. Add milk. Pour over batter (baked cake). Cover with pecans and chocolate bits. Pour rest of batter over the nuts and chips. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Really yummy!!
