BARB'S PARTY CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Hershey's Hot Fudge
6 tbsp. green creme de menthe, separated

Make cake according to box directions; add 3 tablespoons green creme de menthe. Bake in a 9x13 pan according to directions. Remove from oven and while cake is hot spread with 1 can of hot fudge. Cool completely.

Meanwhile, defrost Cool Whip. Add 3 tablespoons green creme de menthe and fold in gently. Top cooled cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.

At Christmas a can of cherry pie filling may be spread on top of hot fudge and then topped with Cool Whip mixture.
