ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
10 oz. tortilla chips 1 lb. hamburger or turkey, browned and drained 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can enchilada sauce 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup Spread chips in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sour cream, cheese, enchilada sauce and soups in large bowl. Add browned meat. Pour over chips and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
