BREADED TURKEY SLICES 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless turkey breast (sliced)
1/2 c. butter

In shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk together. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and salt. Dip turkey slices in egg mixture and then coat with crumb mixture. In a large skillet, melt butter and brown turkey for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
