QUICK BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage
6-8 pieces bread
9-12 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Pimientos (opt.)
Green peppers (opt.)
Onions (opt.)
Olives (opt.)
Mushrooms (opt.)

Fry sausage and drain on paper towels. Line 9"x12" casserole dish with broken bread pieces. Spread sausage on top of bread. Whip eggs with milk. Pour over sausage and bread. Cover with grated cheese. May also be made up night before. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve immediately.
