SUPER EASY SALMON LOAF | |
1 can (15 oz.) salmon, drained 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 lg. eggs, well beaten 6 saltine crackers, finely crumbled 3/4 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 quart loaf pan. Set aside. In medium bowl, with fork, shred salmon. Add butter and eggs; mix until blended. Stir in crackers. In small glass measure mix buttermilk with baking soda. Stir into salmon mixture until blended. Spoon mixture into greased loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes until set. |
