COCONUT PECAN BREAD 
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
2 c. coconut, toasted
1 1/2 c. pecans
3 tsp. lemon peel, grated

Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add to first mixture alternating with sour cream. Add coconut, nuts and lemon peel to above. Grease 2 (5 x 9-inch) pans or 5 small pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
