BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) frozen brussels sprouts

Steam until tender and cut into smaller pieces. Place in flat casserole or add 1 can mushroom soup (heated to blend). Pour over vegetables, add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
