MOCHA DESSERT 
1 (3 or 3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Flaked coconut

Prepare pudding according to directions and add vanilla. Divide in half. To one half - add the instant coffee and chocolate pieces; stir to dissolve. Spoon the pudding into sherbets, alternating layers. Trim with coconut. Chill thoroughly. Makes 4 servings.
