CHOP SUEY 
1 lg. can fancy Chinese veg.
1 sm. can bean sprouts
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 stalks diced celery
2 lb. hamburger, browned
3 c. cooked white rice
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Add all vegetables to browned, drained hamburger. Add 2 cups water plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce; let simmer for 1/2 hour. Then thicken with cornstarch. Serve over cooked rice.
