RED CABBAGE SLAW | |
10 med. shredded red cabbage 20 tart chopped apples 2 1/2 c. minced celery 10 tbsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 c. wine vinegar 2 1/2 c. salad oil 10 tbsp. honey 5 tsp. dry mustard 10 tbsp. chopped parsley 5 c. chopped walnuts 2/3 tsp. salt 2/3 tsp. pepper In large mixing bowl, place cabbage, apples, and celery; sprinkle over lemon juice. In separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture, add nuts; toss and chill 1 hour. Serves: 60. |
