QUICK LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 tsp. minced onions 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (16 oz.) carton cream-style Cottage cheese 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown meat in a large skillet; drain well. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes, stir constantly. Cook noodles according to package directions using 1 teaspoon each of salt and oil; drain. Layer half of noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and meat sauce in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. |
