HOMEMADE CORNMEAL TORTILLAS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cold water

Mix in bowl, beat with beater until smooth. Spoon 3 tbsp. batter onto a medium hot ungreased griddle. Turn tortillas when edges begin to look dry, not brown.

Bake other side.

Makes 12 tortillas or crepes.

If you use these with supreme enchiladas don't dip in hot oil. Can be used as crepes.
