2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. milk

TOPPING;
1/3 stick butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and milk. Mix well and pour into a well oiled 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

Blend well the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
