2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Grease 8 muffin cups or 6 custard cups. Beat eggs. Add milk, flour, and salt. Beat until smooth. Fill muffin cup 3/4 full or custard cups 1/2 full. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 25 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer. Try not to open oven door during baking. Remove form pans and serve hot. |
