LOW-FAT CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES/YUMMY!!
 
1/4 c. prune puree*
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 c. skim milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

*Prune Puree: Blend 8 ounces pitted prunes in food processor with 6 ounces hot water. (Makes one cup puree.) Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend Prune Puree and butter until smooth. Mix in milk. Gradually add sugar and blend together. Mix in vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Blend thoroughly. Add chips and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes.
