DOUBLE PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. salted peanuts
1 c. coconut (optional)

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler. Place over medium heat until melted. Add peanuts and coconut. Stir until coated. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper lined baking sheet or drop into small paper tart cups. Chill until set. Makes 4 dozen clusters.
