BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. store cheese
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley
1 tin mushrooms
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. sage green or 1 tbsp. dried
1 grated onion
1/8 lb. butter
Paprika

Cook chopped broccoli or 1 large head until tender. For best results, drain broccoli thoroughly before adding the following - cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, store cheese, chopped onion. Season with clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Chopped parsley may be added and the tin of mushroom which adds flavor.

Top with stuffing which consists of bread crumbs, sage, grated onion. Brown in butter. Add hot water to moisten to desired consistency. Top this with extra cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
