VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower 1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen Brussels sprouts 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 6 slices American cheese Put vegetables in a pan. Parboil 5 minutes. Arrange in baking dish. Pour over vegetables, 2 cans of undiluted cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with 6 slices of American cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese melts. |
