SPUMONI CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. maraschino cherries (cut in half)
Red, yellow and green food coloring

Mix ingredients, except walnuts and cherries. Then separate batter into 3 equal portions in three different bowls. To one add green coloring (a few drops) and nuts. To another add red coloring and cherries. To last bowl add yellow coloring. Mix each bowl well.

In a greased bundt pan (or angel food pan) place green batter first, then red an then yellow, smoothing each one out with spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or spread pistachio frosting.
