EASY POTATO DISH 
1 large pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
a can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. jar cheese whiz
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Spread potatoes in 9x13 pan. Add onions and drizzle with melted butter. Salt and pepper. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese whiz. Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle cornflakes over potatoes.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
