TARTAR SAUCE 
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry onion flakes
1 tbsp. chopped sweet or dill pickle or relish (optional)

In small bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve with fish. Entire recipe makes 2 servings.
