CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten until thick and frothy

1/2 c. sugar

Beat well.

4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese in sm. chunks

Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

While hot, add 1/2 pint sour cream with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
