1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. nuts
Jelly of any kind

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolk and flour. Mix well. Beat egg white. Form balls. Dip in egg white then into nuts. Place on cookie sheet. Press hole in center. Bake 5 minutes in 350 degree oven. Press hole again. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove. Fill holes with jelly.
