SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
8 oz. can tomato, cut up
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano (or use Italian seasonings)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles; drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Put into buttered 10 inch pie plate and form into a crust. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Set aside. Brown beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain off fat. Stir tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, and seasonings into beef. Cook 5-10 minutes. Put beef mixture over spaghetti crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted. 6 servings.
