ECLAIR PUDDING 
1 lb. box graham crackers
1 (8-10 oz.) carton whipped topping
3 c. cold milk
1/2 can milk chocolate frosting
1 tsp. butternut or vanilla flavoring
1 lg. and 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix pudding mix, milk and powdered sugar. Let set for about 5-10 minutes and fold in the whipped topping. Break graham crackers on their perforated lines. Layer a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers, evenly. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mix over the layer of crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers in same direction as first layer (so you can cut it easier).

Pour remaining half of pudding and top with last layer of graham crackers. Heat frosting mix slightly and drizzle over the top layer of graham crackers.
