1 pkg. spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 c. quick-cooking oats (not instant or old-fashioned)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil in large bowl. Mix on low speed of electric mixer until blended. Drop from rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool one minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
