1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil in large bowl. Mix on low speed until blended. Add raisins; mix. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Note: Can use other cake mixes. NO CHOLESTEROL.
