QUICK OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 pkg. deluxe spice cake mix
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. water
1 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop large teaspoonful of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until light brown.

Instead of using raisins, I added 1 cup of Hershey's Cinnamon Chips, and an additional 1/2 cup of oatmeal. They turned out absolutely great! I baked them for 8 minutes, and used a 1" cookie scoop; 20 per pan on a 12 x 17 cookie sheet. There was very little spreading with the extra oatmeal. I'll definitely make them again!
