SPICED CRANBERRY RING | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry flavor gelatin 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Dash of cloves 2 c. boiling water 2 (8 oz.) cans whole berry cranberry sauce 2 tbsp. grated orange rind (optional) 1 c. diced orange sections 1 c. chopped apple Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange and apple sections. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 12 servings. |
