6 hard boiled eggs 1/4-1/2 c. bacon bits 1/2 c. mayonnaise (more if not moist enough) Salt & pepper to taste Peel and mash with a fork, warm or hot boiled eggs. Add salt and pepper, mayonnaise and bacon bits. Mix well. Spread on bread. Cut into halves. (May be chilled for 2 hours before spreading.) You can use it on fancy cut bread if you like. Very tasty and can be safely prepared by little hands. |
