SPANISH RICE 
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft. Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color. Stir in the cooked rice, tomatoes, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
