STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PUFF 
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 pt. cut up strawberries
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and water in 9 inch square pan. Cook 5 minutes at medium low heat.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tbsp. sugar. Stir in oil and milk until dry ingredients are moistened.
