CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 can corned beef
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs (diced)
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. carton sour cream

Mix Jello and hot water and let cool. Mash corn beef and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Blend in the Jello and mix well.

Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish or casserole. Let set in the refrigerator overnight or at least several hours, until firm. Just before serving spread the sour cream over the top. Sprinkle lightly with chives if desired.
