STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk

Combine the above ingredients. Spread in a pie tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly brown on top. Cut into wedges and serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
