ENGLISH TOFFEE 
2 sticks butter (Parkay)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Chopped nuts
2 Hershey milk chocolate bars

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add sugar and water, stirring constantly. On high heat bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium but maintain rapid boil, stirring constantly. When mixture thickens and darkens, pour over chopped nuts spread around on waxed paper. Put chocolate bars on top. When melted, spread chocolate over mixture. Top with chopped nuts.
