PEACH PIE CUSTARD | |
1 egg 5 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar 2 c. sliced peaches 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar Slice 2 cups peaches. Mix together with 1 cup sugar, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons flour. Put in pie shell. Top with crumb mixture - 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
