BARBIE CUPS 
1 pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Press 1 biscuit into muffin tin making a cup. Brown and drain ground pork. Stir in barbecue sauce. Spoon meat mixture evenly into cup. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
