BRAISED BEEF 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
1 med. onion, sliced
6 to 8 carrots, cut in half
1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
Salt & pepper to taste
Accent to taste
Water

Cut beef into serving size pieces. Place in casserole dish with cut up carrots and sliced onions. Sprinkle with tapioca. Cover with water and place in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
