1 tbsp. olive oil 1 lb. sirloin tips 2 c. water 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 lb. sliced mushrooms 1 lg. onion 1 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 can Chinese vegetables Pepper 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. soy sauce Chinese noodles Rice In wok, saute sirloin tips (cut into small pieces). Add water, bouillon cubes, mushrooms, onions, celery, and pepper. Cook, covered, until vegetables are to taste. Add Chinese vegetables until all are heated thoroughly. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth and add slowly to vegetable mix. Adjust pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch to appropriate taste and thickness. Pour over Chinese noodles and/or rice according to taste. |
