PINEAPPLE PICKLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
1 #2 can pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can pimento, chopped

Dissolve gelatin according to package directions. Blend in pineapple, pickles, pecans and pimento. Pour into 9 x 13 inch oblong baking pan; chill until firm. May be served on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise and paprika. Yield 15 to 20 servings.
