QUICK 'N ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. ea.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes
2 cans (13 3/4 oz. ea.) beef broth
1 can (17 oz.) salt-free mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano

In large pot, brown meat with onions. Cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain. Pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes until noodles are tender. Serve with 1-2-3 Beer Bread.
