SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. water
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs and water; add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour batter into pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

This is a good shortcake to serve with strawberries and milk.
