FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 packet BLAIR vanilla pie mix, prepared & cooled
3 1/2 c. non-dairy topping, thawed
1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust, cooked
1/3 c. strawberry jam
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

Quickly blend peanut butter into pie filling as it is cooling. Spread 1 cup of the whipped topping over bottom of pie crust and freeze for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully spread jam over whipped topping and return to freezer. Fold remaining whipped topping into peanut butter and pie filling mixture. Spoon over jam layer in pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and chopped peanuts, if desired.
