SOFT PRETZELS 
2 tbsp. yeast (2 pkgs.)
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. very warm water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together and let rise 15 minutes. Roll and shape into pretzels. Place in soda solution and lift out. Place on greased baking sheet, sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.

SODA SOLUTION:

1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. baking soda
