PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 stick butter (softened)
1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth
2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare cake mix. Follow directions on box label. Make three layers.

Peanut Butter Icing: With electric mixer combine butter and peanut butter. Stir by hand into mixture; confectioners' sugar and cream, alternately add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Blend well. Add more cream if necessary for spreading consistency. Frost layers, sides and top of cake.
